Joseph Lafferty sentenced for threatening federal official

United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced last Monday, April 20, that a 68-year-old Eagle Butte man has been convicted of threatening a federal official.Joseph Lafferty was sentenced to four years of probation and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
