Panthers run wild on home track

Timber Lake topped the standings in almost every event at the Timber Lake Classic last Friday, May 8, including several athletes who won multiple events on the day.
Establishing a new Timber Lake High School record in the 1600 meter relay at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays was the team of Arianna Bieber, Talley Locken, Korbi Heck, and Josie Boldt. They clocked in at 4:16.40.

Boys teams posted Top 10 finishes and two girls teams set new school records for Timber Lake at the annual Howard Wood Dakota Relays, held May 1-2 in Sioux Falls.

TL girls finish fifth at Groton Invite

The Timber Lake girls track team claimed fifth place overall last Tuesday, April 28, at the Rob Luecke Memorial Invitational in Groton, but crowned just one individual champion. Still, a number of athletes achieved personal bests during the event.

Panther track teams claim fifth place finishes at Sully Buttes

The Timber Lake Panther boys won three relays and the Panther girls won two, pushing the squads to identical fifth place overall finishes at the Charger Varsity Invitational Track Meet last Tuesday, April 21, at Onida.

Dupree athletes recognized after successful seasons

The Dupree Booster Club worked with Dupree School and coaches to host their annual Dupree School Athletic Banquet last week.
