Electric rates to increase by 9.7 percent on Jan. 1

Beginning on January 1, Moreau-Grand Electric Cooperative will implement a rate increase.Customers may refer to their January edition of Moreau-Grand Electric Cooperative Connections for a complete analysis of each rate class.The overall average increase is 9.7 percent.

When Elizabeth Sudmeier was growing up in Timber Lake, attending St. Joseph Catholic School, she had no idea she would one day become a spy for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
