Senior Jayden Martin dropped 16 points to go along with five assists and four rebounds to lead the Dupree Tigers past the McLaughlin Mustangs 69-39 Saturday, Jan. 3.The win lifts the Tigers to 4-3 overall. They squared off against Jones County on Tuesday, Jan.

Panthers split pair of games at Hoop City Holiday Classic

The Timber Lake Panthers moved to 3-2 overall on the season by splitting a pair of games against East River teams on Monday and Tuesday last week, Dec. 29-30 in the Hoop City Classic at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.

Timber Lake boys light up New Underwood, drop close decision to Mobridge-Pollock

TheTimber Lake Panthers are off to a 2-1start in the boys basketball season after splitting a pair of games last week.The Panthers dropped a close 7973 decision to the Class A Mobridge-Pollock Tigers last on Dec. 16 and eased past New Underwood 81-72 on Dec.19.

Dupree, Takini to co-op football; will play in All-Nations Conference

Dupree and Takini are joining forces to play in the All-Nations Football Conference next season.The Tigers and Skyhawks have opted to play in the football league that’s made up of tribal schools in South Dakota and Nebraska.
