    Dickinson State University Head Football Coach Pete Stanton on Monday announced that Jacob Hetzel of Lemmon is among the first players to sign letters-of-intent to play at the North Dakota college during the 2021 season.

    Hetzel was a member of the 2020 Lemmon-McIntosh Cowboys team that went 8-0 during the regular season and was eliminated deep into the playoffs. He signed with Dickinson State as a …
