Larson captures third straight LMC golf title

  • McIntosh freshman Wyatt Larson won his third consecutive Little Moreau Conference golf championship last Friday, May 5, by shooting a 2-overpar 74 at the Lemmon Country Club. He is the son of Anne and Nate Larson of Mahto. Brothers Hayden and Hadley Thompson finished fourth and fifth, respectively, in the individual competition and Timber Lake finished second overall as a team.

    Lemmon and Philip shared team honors at the Little Moreau Conference Golf Tournament in Lemmon last Friday, May 5, but it was Wyatt Larson’s day as the McIntosh freshman fired a 2-over-par 74 to capture his third consecutive LMC championship.
