Isabel cowboy Hayes Burress won the tie-down roping title at the Timber Lake High School Rodeo on Saturday, May 23, and partnered with Tanner Thorstenson to garner top honors in the team roping event.
Burress clocked a 13.250 run to win the tie-down event and together with Thorstenson finished with a 7.980 effort in team roping.
