Damon David “Abe” Aberle, 54, originally of Trail City, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023, near Dupree. A celebration of life was held Saturday, January 28, 2023, at the Trail City Community Building in Trail City. Damon was born June 8, 1968, along with two of his first cousins.

Richard “Dick” Lee Schweitzer, 76, of Aberdeen, passed away on January 25, 2023. He was born June 4, 1946 to Ted and Vera (Korb) Schweitzer in Mobridge. He grew up on the family farm at Glencross and attended elementary school there.
