Former Dewey Co. Sheriff James Fisher passes away at 80 Former Dewey County Sheriff James Fisher passed away Saturday, Aug. 12, at his home in Belle Fourche. He was 80 years old. Burial will take place at Black Hills National Cemetery with military honors by the Belle Fourche Veterans Honor Guard.
