Burress ties-down top honors at Rapid City Jr. High Rodeo

    Hayes Burress of Isabel posted a time of 13.87 seconds to win the tie-down roping event at the Rapid City Jr. High Rodeo last Friday, May 6, blowing by runner-up Brand Hilgenkamp of Wall for top honors.
