CeCe Cowan claims sixth in hunt for All-Around
Dewey County 4-H Rodeo Club members were among those competing at the South Dakota 4-H State Finals Rodeo held Aug. 14-16 in Ft. Pierre.
Dewey County’s results were highlighted by the sixth place finish of CeCe Cowan of Dupree in the All-Around after she claimed fourth place in Jr. Poles, seventh in Jr. Barrels and ninth place in Jr. Girls Breakaway.
