The Isabel Board of Trustees on August 10 waived a $500 landfill dumping fee for an out-of-town resident with a warning to all landfill users that the facility is being closely monitored.
Board members agreed to waive the charge and send a notice to the customer that the forgiveness is a onetime occurrence and future violations will result in penalties.
