Rita Ullmann, 85, of Timber Lake passed away peacefully at Walworth County Care Center in Selby on June 16, 2026 from cancer.
She was born to Dallas and Fae Eklund in Kalispell, MT on May 30, 1941. She made her home in McLaughlin for many years. She lived on a sailboat for four years, then at Pocomoke City, MD for 20 years. She returned to Timber Lake for her last few years.
She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Marti and Donna, and her husband, Bill Ullmann.
She leaves behind her brother Brian Eklund; five children: Debbie McAdams, Dallas Schott, Joyce Mulloy, John Ullmann, and Angie Ullmann; as well as many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and many others that Rita made lasting impressions on through her years.
