Mass of Christian Burial for Arnie Roebuck, 69, of Glenham was on January 28, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Mobridge. Burial was in the Glenham Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge.
Arnold Dean Roebuck was born October 13, 1956 in Mobridge to Milton and Jean (Swanson) Roebuck. He passed away suddenly on January 22, 2026, at Mobridge Regional Hospital due to an aneurysm.
Arnie’s family lived in Sioux Falls, then Timber Lake, before settling in Mobridge. He attended Glenham School and later Mobridge Junior High. As a young man, he helped on the family farm and worked at several jobs, including Shirley Sales, the railroad, power lines, Thorstenson Trucking, and Java Equity, before beginning what he truly loved – trucking.
In 1976, Arnie met Patty Litschewski and they were married in 1980.
Arnie loved spending time with his family hunting, shooting prairie dogs, and occasionally fishing. He enjoyed playing cards on the computer and had a coin obsession, always searching for the one that was going to make him rich.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patty Roebuck; sons Jesse Roebuck of Pierre, Tim (Tiffany) Roebuck of Mobridge, and Jason Roebuck of Mobridge; daughter Jennifer Gorsuch of Mobridge; 12 grandchildren; brother and sisters, Brenda Roebuck of Sioux Falls, Tracy (Jody) of Mobridge, John (Sheri) Roebuck of Wolsey and Glen(Ruth) Roebuck of Huron.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Corbin.
