December 30, 1929 – January 11, 2026__________________________________
Beverly Ann Coragiulo, 96, of Mobridge passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026, at the Walworth County Care Center in Selby.
There will be a visitation on Thursday, January 15, from 5:007:00 p.m. CT at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Mobridge. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. CT on Friday, January 16, 2026, at the church. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Beverly was born on December 30, 1929, in Mobridge to Theodore and Ella Grenz. She was the oldest of four children.
She attended grade school and high school in Mobridge and graduated in 1947. She met her husband, Arthur, in 1946, and after dating for two years, they were united in marriage on February 7, 1948. Three years later, their son, Joseph Arthur, was born. Five years later, their daughter Patricia Ann was born. Tragically, Beverly and Arthur lost their son in February of 1977.
Beverly worked for Northwestern Bell Telephone Company from 1947 to 1982 when she retired. She loved shopping, cleaning, walking, yard work, and church. Beverly sang beautifully in the choir at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church for 50 years. She was also a member of the Altar Society and the Legion Auxiliary, taught religious education classes for many years, and spent countless mornings having coffee with “the girls” at Filler’s Bakery. Without a doubt though, her favorite way to spend her free time was with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beverly traveled many miles attending as many of her grandkids’ and great-grandkids’ activities as she could. She loved visiting with them on the phone or on her Alexa device in her later years.
Beverly will forever be remembered for her resilience, and her love for her family, friends, and the church.
Beverly is survived by her daughter Patricia (Steve) Fuhrman; grandchildren Scott (Chaz) Fuhrman, Beth (Josh) Villbrandt and Brittany (Drew) Reuman; great-grandchildren Allie, Kai, Austin, Cora, Dutch, Kirbi and Clyde; and sister Sharon Chmielarz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; son Joseph, her parents, and sisters Marilyn Rieger and Betty Eisenbeisz.
