Karen (Eagle Staff ) Blackburn, 59, of Portland, OR and formerly of Cheyenne River passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, in Portland, OR.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. MT, Friday, June 20, 2025, at the CRST Bingo Hall, Eagle Butte. Burial will follow in Eagle Staff Cemetery, Red Scaffold. A wake service will be 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2025, at the bingo hall.
