    Timber Lake Middle School student CeCe Cowan captured top honors in barrel racing to win the gold at the State Jr. High Rodeo Finals held last Friday, May 16, in Rapid City.Cowan, an eighth grader, posted a time of 14.281 in the first go, 13.95 run in the second go, and 14.119 in the third go to finish at 42.35 in the average.Other area competitors scoring top 20 finishes included...
