Rita Kym Louis, 71, of Eagle Butte entered the spirit world on Sunday, August 18, 2024 in Eagle Butte.
Funeral services were held Friday, August 23 at the Bingo Hall. Burial was at St. Paul’s Episcopal Cemetery at LaPlant.
Rita is survived by her sons, Kyle Louis of Eagle Butte and Scott Louis of Pierre; three step-daughters: Debi Louis of Albuquerque, NM, Danie Louis of Watertown, and Darcy Harlow of Salida, CO; her mother, Melda Garreau of Eagle Butte; three brothers: Morgan Garreau of LaPlant, Jeff Garreau of Aberdeen and Steve Garreau of Eagle Butte; two sisters, Francine Hall and Jacquelyn Garreaux of Albuquerque, NM; three grandchildren: Jasmine, Eryn and Xavier and one great-grandchild, Kellan.
