January 4, 1947 – May 17, 2024
Pamela Ann Leibel of Post Falls, ID, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on May 17, 2024, surrounded by her three daughters, close family and friends.
Born January 4, 1947, in Mobridge to Alfred and Nora Stoick, she was raised in Timber Lake. She is the fourth of five children, graduated from Timber Lake High School in 1964 and married her husband Larry on August 26, 1964, in Timber Lake.
Pam loved riding her bike, gardening, zumba and body pump. She was active in her church, Real Life Ministries, volunteering in the Benevolence Ministry Food Room and many others. Her most cherished passion was when her grandchildren and great-grandchildren came for a visit. She taught them how to bake, including teaching them to look for the correct ripeness of bananas before using them for banana bread. They loved her Christmas tradition of making and frosting sugar cookies even if there was more frosting on their mouths than on the cookies.
She will be remembered for her commitment to the Lord Jesus, her children, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren. Her friendliness, kindness and work ethic were unmatched. She never passed up a chance to snap a picture of herself and whomever she was with while out exploring or shopping and happened upon a hat stand.
Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by her children: Barbi (Harry) Umbinetti, Debbie Sexton, Rebecca (Lou) Raymundo, and (Amy) Patrick; her eight grandchildren: Chris (Tamara), Josh, Trevor (Lana), Jamie (Cathaline) Umbinetti, Kyle Sexton, Makenzie Leibel, Lance and Ava Raymundo; great-grandchildren: Anthony, Ashley, CJ, Callie and Ethan; and her sister, Delores Dollarhide.
She was preceded in death by her husband Larry; her parents; brother Tyrone Stoick; sisters Patricia Maloney and Phyllis Dosch and her son, Patrick Michael (2010).
Visitation will be from 4-5 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2024, at the English Funeral Chapel in Post Falls. Friends are invited to celebrate Pam’s life at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Real Life Ministries, Building 2, 1866 N. Cecil Rd. in Post Falls.
Graveside services will be at 11:15 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2024, at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA.
