$2 million Powerball ticket sold in Mobridge

Someone is $2 million dollars richer after matching all five white balls and adding a Power Play in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, Aug. 23.According to South Dakota Lottery, the winning ticket was purchased at Gas-N-More in Mobridge.

Timber Lake School enrollment at 374 on first day of classes

School opened at Timber Lake on Monday, August 18 with 374 students enrolled.There are 75 in middle school with 26 in sixth grade, 26 in seventh grade, and 23 in eighth grade.There are 107 in high school, including 19 freshmen, 33 sophomores, 26 juniors and 29 seniors.
