Moreau-Grand Co-op members gather for 79th annual meeting

Members of Moreau-Grand Electric Cooperative took care of business and honored some members at the annual meeting held October 8 in Timber Lake.Two new directors who ran unopposed were seated - Cody Jewett in District 2 and DeeAnn Lawrence in District 4.

Ann Arnold joins TL Topic as part-time news, feature writer

Ann Arnold of Isabel has joined the staff of the Timber Lake Topic as a part-time news reporter and feature story writer.A 24-year-old native of Tyler, TX, Arnold grew up in Tulsa, OK, and moved to Isabel about a year ago.

Another duplex

Three Seasons Construction and Miller Construction poured the concrete footings last week for a second duplex for Timber Lake Area Development at Sixth and F Streets. The two apartments are tentatively scheduled to be delivered in December.
