The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe’s latest lawsuit over the Dakota Access Pipeline should be tossed, arguing the tribe can’t sue the agency over a permit that hasn’t been granted yet.

NDSCS announces Fall Honor Roll

North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) has named to the Fall 2024 Presidents, 555 students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance, achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher while completing at least 12 credits with letter grades.
