Rollout of new vehicle registration system could cause delays

South Dakota vehicle owners might see a delay in the state’s vehicle registration system in the coming weeks due to a statewide update.The South Dakota Department of Revenue’s Motor Vehicle Division is launching a new title and registration system, called 605Drive, on Feb. 17.
