William Brown Otter, a/k/a Arby, 38, of Bullhead, convicted of manslaughter, was sentenced on October 19, 2020, by U.S. District Judge Charles B. Kornmann to 24 months in federal prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
