The Rapid City Schools have named Kit Veit as Director of Positive School Climate & Culture.
A member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe,Veit was raised north of Dupree, where she graduated from high school. After earning an Elementary Education degree at Si Tanka/Huron University, she received a Master’s in Education Administration and Supervision from Phoenix University.
