Peggy Ward nominee for ND Cowboy Hall of Fame

Peggy Ward, born and raised on a cattle and horse ranch north of Timber Lake on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation, is nominated for induction into the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame. If selected, Ward will be enshrined under the Modern Era Rodeo category during a ceremony in June. Ward knew at an early age that she loved horses and wanted to train them.
