The Highway 1806 bridge over Oak Creek, south of Wakpala, will be dedicated to US Marine Corps Private First Class Randolph Hutchinson on Friday, August 21 at the Wakpala School at 1 p.m. MT. Hutchinson was a member of the Timber Lake High School Class of 1963 who was killed in Vietnam.
