Donovin Sprague was six years old when he traveled with his father, Darrel Sprague, to deliver propane gas to Cheyenne Agency in 1959. He says that he has a good memory of that day, the main conversation piece was about that it was the last time propane would be delivered in the Cheyenne Agency because it would soon be flooded.
