A public hearing on the proposed rules for industrial hemp in South Dakota will be held Friday, Nov. 13, beginning at 10 a.m. CDT in the Matthew Training Center attached to the Foss Building in Pierre.
The state Dept. of Agriculture and the state Dept. of Public Safety will also take written comments, which must be received by Nov. 24 to be considered.
