An Eagle Butte man is facing a long list of charges following an incident in Eagle Butte late last Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 22, including making threats, kidnapping and assault on law enforcement.
Much of the incident was aired live on Facebook via bystanders using cellular phones and videos also appeared elsewhere on-line. Eyewitnesses who know the man identified him as Dustin Long, age unknown…
