An Eagle Butte man has been convicted on federal sexual abuse charges following a three-day jury trial in Rapid City, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of South Dakota.
A federal jury found Emanual Semon, 24, guilty of sexual abuse without consent and sexual abuse of a minor. The charges stem from a July 2024 incident at a residence on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
