A lawsuit filed by two law enforcement officers questioning the legality of cannabis legislation approved by South Dakotans in the November general election has gained the support of Gov. Kristi Noem. She says voters made the “wrong decision” in legalizing the drug and has authorized the use of taxpayer funds to help the effort to have the constitutional amendment invalidated.
