Jordan Jones (left) received a $500 Scholarship from Buche Foods and Team Buche Cares. Buche Foods owns stores in Gregory, Mission, Pine Ridge, Oacoma, Sisseton, Wagner and most recently Mobridge (formerly Payless Foods).
Natalie Lawrence was the winner of a computer from the American Indian College Fund. Her name was drawn at random from among the 17 seniors who participated in any of the Higher Pathways programming. They all received a binder and a bag from the AICF presented by Amy Sandquist, Native American Education Coordinator.
The following TLHS seniors have been offered scholarships to colleges and universities. TLHS counselor Shanna Martin explains that in some cases, students will not accept all offers, depending on what institution they choose to attend.
